CHEESY GARLIC PELLETS

Cheese garlic has a very intense aroma, ideal for use in flooded or murky waters, as the odor is strong enough to attract fish to the fishing area.

These black halibut pellets can be used dry via a feeder; a common method is to use the 4mm version via a maggot feeder, which allows the smell and a slow trickle of pellets to escape, washing the hookbait downstream.

They can also be used with a net feeder or a river feeder, simply by moistening them with water. Pour the required amount of pellets into a tray and pour a little water over them, just enough to cover the outside of the pellets, then shake vigorously. Then, let the pellets soak up the water for 30 minutes, shaking them every 5 minutes to ensure the water is evenly distributed. The pellets will soften slightly, allowing them to be placed in a net feeder.

The feeder's exit speed can be modified by squeezing them harder to maintain them longer. Generally, at the beginning of a session, when you want to build a bed of bait, squeezing them gently will result in a faster exit, but as time goes by, you can create a more competitive feed by slowing the exit speed.
