Contains a soft white rubber nub that makes it easy to attach and ensures the hook stays securely in place.

Use a single bead on a small hook, e.g. size 18, or several beads on a size 12 or 10 hook if fishing for carp or barbel. The buoyancy of the beads will help counterbalance the weight of the hook. Multiple beads can be threaded onto a hair by passing a baiting needle through the soft core.

Our sinking hemp is designed to fool fish that might be wary of a larger bait. For best results, fish over a bed of hemp or particles. The soft white rubber nub makes it easy to set and ensures the hook stays firmly in place. Use a single bead for roach on a small hook by passing the hook through the soft rubber nub, or several beads on a hair rig for carp or barbel. Multiple beads can be used on a hair rig by passing a sharp bait needle through the shell or soft nub.
