Ready-made hair rig with Covert Dark Mugga hook and 15lb Sly Skin hooklink: the stiffer Sly Skin material pushes the balanced bait away from the hook ensuring a natural presentation, while the stripped section of the coating allows for an immediate and free reaction during the take.

The Mugga Rig is a ready-made hair rig, made with a coated hooklink and built around the Covert Dark Mugga hook and 15lb Sly Skin material: one of the most effective and popular combinations in carp fishing. The increased stiffness of the Sly Skin ensures an excellent presentation, pushing the balanced bait away from the hook for a natural look on the lake bed. A short stripped section of the coating near the hook allows the rig to react freely when the fish takes the bait. All components follow Covert specifications to ensure maximum camouflage in the water.

Covert Dark Mugga hook: aggressive in-turned eye and curved shank for a secure hook hold.
15lb Sly Skin hooklink: stiffer coated material that pushes the balanced bait away from the hook for a consistent and reliable presentation.
Stripped section of the coating near the hook for free bait movement and increased hook-up efficiency.
Components (hooks and swivels) from the Covert range: maximum camouflage in the water.
Available in sizes 6 and 8 (barbed or barbless).
