If you're looking for a groundbait with a strong aroma, this is the one for you. Red in color and with an unmistakable spicy sausage aroma, it's ideal for brightly colored waters in commercial waters or rivers, where fish rely on smell rather than sight.


Made from crushed pellets and fishmeal, with the addition of meat and bone meal and spicy sausage flavoring, this is the meatiest groundbait we can produce. Perfect for all species, it has found favor with anglers specializing in carp, barbel, bream, and chub.

It can be fished with a method feeder, a cage feeder, or simply with a pellet; it also acts as an excellent support for other baits and has seen some incredible catches using meat as bait.

Mixing instructions

Spicy Meaty Method Mix is ​​easy to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round bucket, fill a 2-pint maggot tray with water, pour it over the groundbait and mix thoroughly. Let it sit for 30 minutes; during this time, the water will absorb into the groundbait. For best results, pass the groundbait through a sieve to remove any lumps and create a uniform consistency; it's ready to use.

When fishing, sun and wind can dry out your groundbait slightly; to avoid this problem, you can cover your mixed groundbait with a damp cloth or, if it dries out, add a little water and mix again.
